Yoga with Catharine offers a variety of Iyengar Yoga classes in the Princeton area for beginners and more experienced practitioners. Each yoga class is sequenced to engage students of all ages and bodies in creating balance, mobility, energy and tranquility. From week to week, students develop their capacity to approach more challenging asanas with awareness and freedom.
