Yoga with Catharine offers a variety of Iyengar Yoga classes in the Princeton area for beginners and more experienced practitioners. Yoga classes are designed to engage students of all ages and bodies, through safe sequencing and use of props, in exploring yoga as a way to breathe life into the physical body, quiet the mind, and find peace within – to ultimately develop a healthy body, calm mind, focused intelligence and inspired action.
